Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • Handful of spinach, chopped thinly
  • ¼ onion, diced
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. thyme
  • ¼ tsp. parsley
  • Pepper to taste

Directions:
