To make these Air Fryer Baked Eggs, simply combine rosemary, thyme, parsley and pepper in a bowl. Crack a large egg into each ramekin and sprinkle with spinach, onion and mixed seasonings. Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • Handful of spinach, chopped thinly
  • ¼ onion, diced
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. thyme
  • ¼ tsp. parsley
  • Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. Spray two ramekins with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine herbs and seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Crack egg into each ramekin. Sprinkle spinach, onion and seasoning mixture over the eggs.
  4. Bake the eggs for 5-8 minutes or until the eggs have cooked to desired consistency.
