This recipe is for two air fryer lobster tails. To begin, preheat your air fryer to 380°F and butterfly the lobster tails. To do this, start by cutting a slice through the top shell lengthwise, stopping just before the fin of the tail. Be careful not to cut all the way through the meat. Next, flip the tail over and press down onto the ribs to crack each one. Then, flip it over again and slip the meat out to prop over the shell. The meat will still be attached to the fins.

In a small bowl, mix together melted light butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, Old Bay seasoning and black pepper. Brush half of the butter mixture over both sides of the tail meat. Then, air fry the lobster for four minutes. Brush more of the butter mixture over the tail meat and air fry for another four minutes, until the lobster is cooked to 145°F.
