Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Zero-calorie cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Place broccoli and cauliflower onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Drizzle lemon juice on top.
  3. Spray mixture generously with the cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
