To make them, heat honey in a pot until it’s boiling, remove and stir in peanut butter until the mixture is smooth. Place the crisp rice cereal in a large bowl, and add in peanut butter and honey mixture until all cereal is completely coated.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups crisp rice cereal
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add honey to a small pot and heat over medium-high until boiling. Remove honey from the heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Place the cereal in a large bowl, then pour the peanut butter and honey mixture over the top. Stir until all of the cereal is coated.
  4. Press the cereal mixture into the prepared pan. Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing and serving. Bars can be stored in the refrigerator and served chilled or served at room temperature.
