Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds, shelled
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Directions:

  1. Toss pumpkin seeds in olive oil, then toss in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Spread out pumpkin seeds in a parchment-lined air fryer basket. Air fry at 325°F for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  3. Let cool completely before serving.
