A Simple Summer Chicken Supper
Just like the name of this recipe states, you only need five ingredients to put it together: chicken breast, zucchini, corn on the cob, light Italian dressing and grated parmesan cheese. It couldn’t be easier!
Get started by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Cut the chicken breasts in half and place them in a baking dish with chopped zucchini and corn on the cob. Make sure to break the ears of corn in half first!
Pour light Italian dressing over all of the ingredients, then sprinkle everything with grated parmesan cheese. Bake the dish for 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Finally, set the oven to broil until the cheese becomes golden brown.
