On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 Vegetable and 1 Extra

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. carrots, cut into sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. plain panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Other dried spices and herbs (Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, etc.)

Directions:

  1. Cut carrots into sticks (or use baby carrots)
  2. Place carrots in gallon zip-top bag.
  3. Generously spray carrots with cooking spray.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bag.
  5. Seal bag and shake to evenly coat the carrots.
  6. Place in the air fryer and cook at 380°F for 18-22 minutes.
