Ingredients:
- 2 cups baby potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat
- 2 Tbsp. light sour cream
- 1 tsp chives, chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions:
