This no-bake Brownie Batter Chocolate Protein Pudding is easy to prepare, easy to clean up and easy to enjoy! Featuring just three ingredients, one bowl and a single spoon, you’ll be whipping up this creative concoction every time you need to get in a PowerFuel serving in a snap.
This delicious recipe was submitted on our Recipe Submission page by Nutrisystem member, Christine. “I discovered this creation when my protein shakes were starting to feel repetitive,” says Christine. “Something about savoring a delectable chocolate dessert with a spoon was perfect for getting my after-dinner sweets fix—while still feeling great about staying on track toward my weight loss goals!”
To make this sweet treat, get started by stirring together Chocolate Nutrisystem Shake Mix and cocoa powder in a bowl. Christine likes Dutch cocoa powder the best, but notes that you can also use regular cocoa powder. Add a splash of skim milk and continue stirring until a paste forms. Gradually stir in up to a quarter-cup of skim milk. The finished product should have the consistency brownie batter. “That’s it! Enjoy, and pat yourself on the back for being so good to your body!” says Christine.
According to Christine, “There are plenty of variations to try here.” She likes sticking to one to two ounces of milk because she likes a thicker brownie batter consistency. However, you can feel free to add up to a half-cup of milk if you like a lighter, smoother pudding. “Sometimes I’ll add 1 Tbsp peanut or sunflower butter for the extra PowerFuel and a nice nutty, buttery flavor. Most of the time, though, I make it exactly as written!” she says.
One serving of this 3-Ingredient Brownie Batter Chocolate Protein Pudding contains 153 calories. On Nutrisystem? You can count it as just one PowerFuel and one Extra. You can feel free to add another Extra, such as a sprinkle of stevia-sweetened chocolate chips or a dollop of low-fat whipped topping.
