Everyone loves a pizza party, right? Right! But do you know the only thing better than a pizza party? A healthier pizza party! Our Buffalo Chicken Flatbread will be the life of your pizza party and all the neighbors will be hoping for an invite.

After you’ve finished salivating over all The Leaf’s yummy pizza recipes, it’s time to get your Buffalo Chicken Flatbread back on track. Start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees and place the Nutrisystem® Italian Herb Flatbread Pizza on your baking sheet. Grab a bowl and combine the chicken and buffalo sauce. Next, top the flatbread with the buffalo chicken, cheese and diced chives. Toss the baking sheet into the oven for about five minutes or until the cheese has melted. If you prefer your pizza to be crispy, feel free to leave it in the oven for an extra minute.

Once the flatbread is finished baking, be sure to let it cool for a few minutes before digging in. We know from firsthand experience that this is the hardest part of the whole process but trust us when we say it’s worth it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. shredded chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. buffalo sauce, low sodium
  • 1 package Nutrisystem Italian Herb Flatbread Pizza (flatbread and cheese)
  • 1 pinch of diced chives

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place a flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine chicken and buffalo sauce.
  3. Top flatbread with buffalo chicken, cheese and diced chives.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
