Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. raw extra large shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Directions:

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, pepper, parsley and lemon juice in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. To butterfly the shrimp, first peel the shell, leaving the tail on.
