How to Make Fruit Kabobs on the Grill

To make this easy summer recipe, you’ll need about four cups fruit. You can use any variety or combination that you enjoy, including summertime favorites like melon, pineapple, papaya, strawberries, apricots, peaches or nectarines. 

You’ll also need skewers and cooking spray to assemble these Grilled Fruit Kabobs. If you’re using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.

Simply skewer your favorite fruits onto metal or bamboo skewers, and then grill them over medium heat until they are slightly browned and heated through. This should take about two to three minutes per side.
