One-Pan Simple Sausage and Sauerkraut Recipe

Finish cooking for another two minutes or until everything is heated through.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. chicken sausage, sliced into ¼” pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 ½ cups sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups whole wheat gnocchi, cooked
Directions:
