Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- ½ cup chili sauce
- ¾ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ cup water
Directions:
- Spray Instant Pot with nonstick spray and set to SAUTE.
- Once Instant Pot is hot, add olive oil.
- Add chopped onion and green peppers. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Put lid onto the Instant Pot. Set Instant Pot toggle to SEAL and set to MANUAL for 5 minutes.
- When finished, quick release by moving toggle to RELEASE.
- Serve over whole wheat buns and top with coleslaw, pickles or any toppings of choice.
