Whip up an irresistible snack your family will love with this easy recipe! Preheat your oven to 400°F and prep a muffin pan by spraying it down with nonstick spray. Then start by filling each cup with three tater tots. Bake for 12 minutes before pressing them into the perfect cups using a spoon or small glass. Return them to the oven and bake again until they’re golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients:
- 24 tater tots
- 8 cooked turkey meatballs (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- ¼ cup marinara sauce, low sodium
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Divide tater tots among 8 muffin pan cups (3 per cup).
- Bake for 12 minutes, then remove from the oven. Using the back of the spoon or a small glass, press on the tater tots to mold them into the muffin cups. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Add a small spoonful of marinara sauce and a pinch of cheese to each cup. Top with a meatball and return to the oven for 15 minutes.
- Spread tops of meatballs with marinara sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.
- Let them cool in the muffin pan for about 5 minutes before removing.
