Ingredients:
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. light butter, melted
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 5 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 8 pecans
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the pecans.
- Dollop about 1 ½ tablespoon-sized balls onto a greased baking sheet. Flatten and top with one pecan.
- Bake cookies in the oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
