  • 4 cups white potato, peeled
  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. light butter
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 ½ tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
