Lemon Raspberry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 tsp. lemon curd
  • 1 cup granola

Directions:

  1. Set out 4 glasses or cups.
  2. Layer ingredients in the following order: ¼ cup of yogurt, 2 teaspoons of lemon curd, ¼ cup of raspberries and ¼ cup of yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle ¼ cup of granola on top.
