Ingredients:
- 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- 8 tsp. lemon curd
- 1 cup granola
Directions:
- Set out 4 glasses or cups.
- Layer ingredients in the following order: ¼ cup of yogurt, 2 teaspoons of lemon curd, ¼ cup of raspberries and ¼ cup of yogurt.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of granola on top.
