Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup nonfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach leaves
Directions:
- Place spinach, banana, milk and egg into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if too thick.
- Add in flour and baking powder and blend.
- Spray pan with nonstick spray and heat stove to medium-low heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for 1 pancake.
- Cook each pancake until bubbles form on the top and edges. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Place cooked pancakes onto a plate.
