10 Warm Weather Meal Prep Tips for Surviving Summer

When the days are long and hot, you don’t want to spend hours cooking in a hot kitchen every day. The key to eating well while keeping cool is preparing meals and ingredients in advance so you can use them when you’re ready. 1. Pre-Cut Veggies
