To kick off this delicious meal, get started by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees. Then it’s time to prep your ingredients!
This simple recipe has just six simple components, including one cup of quartered baby potatoes, one cup of chopped zucchini, four ounces of sliced chicken sausage, two teaspoons of olive oil and a pinch of garlic powder and pepper.
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the sausage. Transfer the veggie mixture to an air fryer basket sprayed with nonstick spray. Air fry for about 12 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Add the sausage to the air fryer and fry for another seven minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup baby potatoes, quartered

Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
