Ingredients:

  • 2 slices iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp. ranch dressing, reduced fat
  • 2 slices deli turkey or ham, low sodium
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese, reduced fat
  • 1 tomato slice

Directions:

  1. Slice off the ends of the iceberg lettuce. Choose two thick slices to use as a bun.
  2. Top one half of the lettuce bun with ranch dressing, deli meat, cheddar and tomatoes.
